General Inn Policies

  • Check-In is between 3PM-6PM

  • Early Check-In is available at an additional cost. Must be selected at time of booking.

  • Payment of all charges is secured at check-in

  • Check-out is 11AM

  • Late checkouts can be added for an addition fee and are only available if the room is open the day you checkout. 

  • Smoking is prohibited inside all guest rooms and indoor public spaces. Smoking is permitted outside in designated areas only. We do not permit any illegal substances on our property. 

  • Small dogs can visit us with the added Furry Friends package for each night of your dogs stay. The Star Crimson is our  designated room for pets. For the comfort of other guests, dogs will not be allowed in the common areas of the Inn.  Please call for details. 

  • We welcome guests of all ages in our family suites. Occupancy rules apply to all guests of the Inn regardless of age. 

  • All guests at the Inn need to be registered. Per our insurance & occupancy codes, we can not allow visitors that are not staying at the Inn. 

Cancellations

A deposit of the first night plus tax is required at time of booking.

If a reservation is cancelled outside of 14 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days will forfeit your deposit. Any cancellations within 24 hours of your arrival will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and charged for your total reservation.
